Unlimited hiking pleasure
in the larch meadows.
The outstanding beauty of the landscape on the Mieminger Plateau is characterized by the scenic diversity and the rich interplay between extensive open spaces and the contrast of the Mieminger Mountains. The larch meadows impressively shape the landscape. The larch meadows are also a wonderful recreational area; in summer they are used as a hiking area, and in winter they are an excellent area for cross-country skiers and ski hikers.
Family fun at the Mieming bathing lake
Since the start of the season on Sunday, May 1, 2016, the Mieming bathing lake leisure complex has presented itself at its best. The water is crystal clear and of the highest quality, the lawn looks as if it had been carefully trimmed with nail scissors, and the “Leuchtturm” bathing lake bistro has been expanded to include a traditional Bavarian-style beer garden.

You will find several playgrounds scattered around the town, such as the forest playground at the forest swimming pool or the playground at the bathing lake. The adventure playground at the edge of the forest near the Arzkasten is also an insider tip.
